- 500g long-stem togue, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup water
- Shrimps and Tofu
METHODS
- Heat oil and saute` togue for 30seconds over high heat.
- Add water
- Bring to simmer and serve immediately. Serve with fried tofu and shrimps
