RECIPE #5: Tuna Sisig

Treat your family to a quick and healthy version of this much-loved Filipino dish.
INGREDIENTS
- 500g tuna fillet, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/4 cup MAGGI SAVOR Calamansi
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 pc medium onion, small diced
- 1 Tbsp MAGGI SAVOR Classic
- 1 tsp butter
- 1/2 cup crushed chicharon (optional)
METHODS
- Marinate the tuna in MAGGI SAVOR Calamansi for 15minutes. Preheat a large pan and add 2tbsp oil. Saute` tuna until golde brown and set aside.
- In a pan, add the remaining oil and saute` the onions for 30seconds.
- Add the tuna and season with MAGGI SAVOR Classic.
- Transfer to a heated and buttered sizzling plate. Top with crushed chicharon if desired.
- Serve sizzling hot.
